Who Qualifies to Be an Egg Donor?

Intelligent and motivated women who are ready to make a meaningful contribution to family building are great egg donors. Ideal egg donor candidates include women who are:

  • Between the ages of 21–29 for first-time donors; previous donors may qualify up to age 32
  • Pursuing or have completed higher education
  • U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents currently residing in the United States
  • In excellent physical health and non-smoking; have a body mass index (BMI) below 27
  • Knowledgeable about their family medical history
  • Mature, responsible, and committed to the donation process

The Egg Donation Process

Your journey begins with a simple egg donor application. If you qualify, our egg donor director will reach out to you for an interview and additional materials. Then your egg donor profile is posted to our private database.

We are an independent egg donor agency and do not operate as a medical clinic, so no medical procedures are performed in our offices. After your profile is selected by a recipient and you accept the opportunity, your medical appointments will take place at the recipient’s IVF clinic (typically located in the New York or Boston metropolitan areas) as well as at a location near your hometown for your convenience.

Why Egg Donors Choose Northeast Assisted Fertility Group

The Northeast Assisted Fertility Group offers the most competitive egg donor compensation in the US and works with the most experienced and prestigious IVF clinics nationwide. All egg donors have one-on-one communication with the director of our egg donor program and receive complete and direct support.

Will donating eggs affect my future fertility?

Donating eggs does not deplete ovarian reserve and there is no evidence that it diminishes fertility.
