Takes3 is not a medical clinic. Medical testing and procedures take place at a reputable and established fertility clinic, either locally or elsewhere if you’re open to travel (with all expenses covered). After your application is reviewed and selected for our egg donor program, you’ll complete an interview and detailed questionnaire. Your donor profile will then be posted on our private database (accessible to Takes3 clients only) for a recipient to select. This matching period can vary from days to months, depending on the right connection.
Egg Donor Requirements
- First time donors must be 21 years of age, but no older than 29
- Previous donors must be no older than 32
- Must be a US citizen or lawful US permanent resident and must reside in the United States
- Must be in excellent health and non-smoking
- Must have a body mass index of less than 27
- Must have full knowledge of family medical history
- Can be of any ethnic or religious background
- Ideal candidates are mature and responsible
Takes3 donor egg recipients often look for motivated women who are healthy, vibrant, and well-educated, typically those with college or graduate degrees, or currently pursuing higher education.
Egg Donor Application
Applying to our egg donor program, Takes3, is convenient, secure, and confidential. The information you submit will be accessible to our egg donor coordinator only.
The online application is for pre-screening only. By submitting an application, you are not committing to becoming an egg donor, and it does not necessarily guarantee you admission to our program. Once you submit your application, you will receive an automatic email acknowledgement. If we can take action on your application, our coordinator will contact you by email within two days.
Because of the high number of applications we receive, we can only respond to a small percentage of applicants. If we cannot take action on your questionnaire, your information will be deleted securely.
Your egg donor application is not complete without current digital photos; please provide the clearest ones you have for your initial application. Digital photos should be attached to your questionnaire (be aware of size limit) or sent to inquiry@assistedfertility.com
